Hey everybody; can't believe it's been 50 years.  After high school I attended Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, VA, with my teamates/classmates Pete Wooley and Tim Jansen.  I went on full scholarship to Kansas State University in the Big 8 for football.  I played there for 2 years and then transferred on a full football scholarship to East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, where I met my wife Sandy who was also enrolled at ECU.  We were married in 1971 while still in school.  Our football team was Southern Conference Champions in 1972; I was our defensive captain, and our defense was ranked #1 in the nation in Division I football.  After graduation I taught high school and coached for 4 years.  Then was hired by Xerox Corp. in Rochester, NY, as Director of Health and Fitness Programs.  In 1983 I was hired by Campbell Soup Company as a president of a division of the company.  After that, I ran my own company in Raleigh, NC.  I am now retired; Sandy and I live in Emerald Isle, NC.  We have 2 children and 4 grandchildren that also live in NC.  Right now, it's not definite, but we are hoping to be at the reunion. This web site is fantastic.  The pictures of the last reunion are wonderful and I sure wish I had been able to attend.  Promise to be there next time.
All is well in my life.  Russ and I are both retired now and hope to travel.  I've been getting back into art and hope to audit some classes at UD in the fall.

Looking foward to the 50th reunion. I retired in 2014 after practicing internal medicine for 40 years-started in private practice for the first 16,  then  morphed to CIGNA Healthcare of Florida and then spent the last 15 years at at the James Haley VA in Tampa.  Went to medical school at the U of Pittsburgh,  did my residency at the Univ of South Florida in Tampa  and have lived in Tampa since 1975. My wife Katherine is a speech pathologist for the public schools, and will be retiring 12/17.  My daugther lives locally, and my son lives in Denver. We are  traveling more, and spend as much time as possible in the Colorado mountains - visiting our son and  enjoying the cooler weather in the summers. I volunteer at a free medical clinic run by the medical students at USF, and spend a lot of my free time cycling.  My Mom, age 93,  taught kindergarten at Woodside School in River Vale for about 25 years, now lives in  Tampa. Having gone on for an engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pace University I've spent most of my career in Healthcare administration with some small organizations such as Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Columbia-Presbyterian and St. Vincent's Medical Cenetr (NY).  I am now the Program Director for Healthcare Management at Iona College, Hagan School of Business and have a private business intelligence firm, Healthcare Intelligence.

I'm fortunate to have two grown children, Bryan and Michelle, who collectively now have three three young sons.  I can only imagine these are challenging times for all of us as we look forward to this anniversary.  Regards to all

Wow, I haven't been lost, just living my life.  I  married shortly after graduation in 1969, and still I am married to the same guy.  Chet was in the US Coast Guard when we married so we moved around a little, but settled for over 30 years, in Highland Lakes, NJ (Sussex County).  I lost track of all of my friends over the years and would love to connect with some of them.

I spent most of my working career in HR for a few different companies.  It was what I loved the most.  In 2007, I was asked to relocate to Maryland and join W. L. Gore & Associates (you know, GoreTex).  Having no good reason to not take advantage of the opportunity, we moved to Cecil County, Maryland.  It was a beautiful spot with great weather, but we were too far from family.  Once I retired in September 2016, we decided to move closer to family in northeast PA.

My husband, Chet, and I have a beautiful daughter, Nichole, and two grandkids, Katie 16 and Tommy 11.  All three are the light of our lives.

Right now I am still transitioning to retirement.  I spend a lot of time decorating our new home in Lehighton, PA.  I also have a collectibles booth in the Weissport Antiques Mall.  I'm selling a lot of the items we have collected over the years as well as "picking" at flea markets, auctions, and yard sales.  It's great fun!!  I also have rediscovered my love of reading.  After so many years of required reading, in school and at work, I lost interest in the great American novel.  Now I can't stop...not a bad thing. Also, I have just started refurbishing and re-purposing some our furniture finds.

We probably won't make the reunion in October, but I love that you have provided a spot to reconnect with old friends.

I don't have any "THEN" photos readily available.  If I get one or two scanned, I'll post one.

I find now that I will probably not be able to make the reunion.  I would love to hear from my "old," dear friends.  Please e-mail me.  And have a good weekend. Send Elaine a MessageSend Elaine a Message
